Shipping policy

Our warehouses operate from Monday to Friday and we do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and a link to where you will be able to track the status online. Please keep in mind that we get backlogged during some weekends, holidays, special promotions, or weather conditions and at selected days shipping carriers are closed which could result extended transit times. Your patience would be greatly appreciated.

DELIVERY SERVICES
UPS SurePost Delivery takes 5-7 business days via USPS for final delivery.
USPS Priority Delivery takes 2-4 business days .
2 Day Express Delivery takes 2 business days via UPS, DHL, Ascendia, USPS or others available. Currently available to certain areas in LA and NYC.

Orders are shipped out from California or Pennsylvania depending on stock availability and shipping destinations.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses and off-shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico are currently not available at our online store but please email us at hello@agoy.com and we will do our best to help.

UPS SurePost Delivery - $10.
USPS Priority Delivery - $16.
