Refund policy

RETURNS
We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for refunds if return is made within 30 days of the original purchase, has not been used, washed, and is still in its original condition and packaging. All returned items will be inspected and if they do not meet these conditions, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund and a restocking fee may be applied. To request a return, please contact us at hello@agoy.com with a receipt or proof of purchase ready.

It is recommended that you have tracking and shipping insurance as we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the carriers.

If you are using your own shipping method, or you are returning an item that is damaged, please contact us first.

REFUNDS
Refund will be made in the form of original payment within 14 business days after we receive the return item. A notification will be sent to you before the refund is processed.

EXCHANGES
We do not provide exchanges. Instead, if your item meets our return policy, you may return the item for a refund and order another one.
