What's your return policy for pre-orders?

For our customers who pre-ordered our Gecko Touch Yoga Towel, you are eligible for a full refund for any reason including if you opened and used the product, if your item is returned within 3 weeks of receipt.

Can I return an item?

We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund if your item is returned within 30 days of receipt, has not been used, washed, and it is still in its original packaging.

We inspect all returned items. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the original shipping cost is not refunded and a restocking fee may be applied.

If your product is defective, please contact us first before sending it back to us.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not provide exchanges. Instead, if your item meets our return policy, you may return the item and order another one.

When will I get my refund?

You will receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return item.

Can I use my own shipping method?

If you use your own shipping method, please contact us first.
