We use various reputed delivery services. Orders are usually despatched within one to three days after our order acceptance confirmation while stocks last. All freight charges are to be quoted individually depending on the conditions of weight, size, quantity, and delivery distance.

(1) introduction
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us and we have created this returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This generic returns policy applies to customers in England and Wales/irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, such your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

b. gift vouchers;
c. any product made to your specification;
d. any product made to order.

(5) refunds

(6) improper returns
